I omit the worchester sauce..i know i misspelled that...I also omit the clam juice and sub it with chix broth....for my spin on their cajun seasoning...I use cajun season, Old Bays, and a titch of cayenne pepper depending if I want heat. I worked at Chili's when these SW egg rolls were first introduced at our restaurant. I understand this is a copycat recipe, but I feel the avocado ranch dipping sauce was even more simple to make because it was just Avocado, Ranch dressing and lime juice, that's it. And it's good with anything considered "Taco Night" at your house. These are one of, if not THE best menu item.

I love making these at home! I love that you are recreating restaurant recipes! Just a friendly fyi, Chili's uses flour tortillas as the egg roll wrapper. I'm sure it's just as delicious with a traditional egg roll wrapper though.

I love southwest flavoring! I want to use this filling (maybe add rice) inside a tortilla wrap for some sort of toasted burrito situation. 🤤 Edit: I think Duke’s is your favorite mayo but not totally sure because Duke’s is a southern thing.

Lucille's had ones called Dixie Eggrolls also. Chili's has a saucy one with good dipping sauce. The mango/apricot one at Lucille's was pretty good
