This looks so damn delicious. Spaghetti is one of my favs, so I’m definitely going to make this. I’m over here drooling.

My parents are from Maine, and Mom (who was just visiting family up there) is on her way back down here and she's bringing a cooler with some lobsters back with her, so any of the lobster meat we have left after eating them, I'll try making this dish with it!

Can you make crawfish or seafood enchiladas? There is a Cajun Restaurant called Prejean's in Lafayette Louisiana and it was off da chain Sir.

You can also switch out the onion and use shallots too. But i know that is going to be fire.
