Another great one!! I made all 3 of these today. The spinach dip blew my mind, amazing! The chicken was so good I didn't even want to cover them all in sauce ( I kept a few naked). Mozzarella sticks were good but I'll probably buy the cheese sticks next time, my arm strength not up to par. Lol.

I was just wondering 💭 about the Artichokes 🍓

Get a small jar of Italian artichoke hearts in olive oil; I think it's around 5oz. Drain, chop up in smaller pieces, and saute with the spinach, garlic, salt/pepper, etc. Also, I'd use a smoked cheese in the dip, as well. A nice gouda would be yummy, and you don't need much. It tastes better than any restaurant appetizer!
